Away We Go...
Early last week we departed for our Jungle adventure. The cheap air out of LA proved that you get what you pay for, including bad layovers, and terrible red-eye flight times. But hey, we made it!
After a short sleep at the Holiday Inn Express in San Jose, we were off to Nosara. The five hour drive through the hilly country side of Costa Rica to the Guncaste coast, to a little beach community known as Playa Guionnes. Small finca's(farms) and houses dotted the roadside. It is very green, even in the dry season. It was great to be off the plane and on land again.
As we laid our heads against the windows of the car and looked out, thoughts of what it would be like when we got there? What does our house look like? And most importantly, what will we do all day? And maybe even a little, what are we doing?
